This is a quiet villa area located at an altitude of about 1000 meters, on the Iizuna Highlands. Built in 2022, a simple log house with plenty of wood aroma. You can find lots of beautiful scenery in just a 10-minute walk. Check out Mt. Iinu from Oaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iineta Higashi Ward)! The next closest bus stop (Iinetate) is about a 7-minute walk. You can also get here by public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, hamburgers, etc. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golfing and skiing in the direction of Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and climbing Mt. Iinu. If you want to go to a hot spring, Tengunokan at Lake Reisenji is about a 15-minute drive away. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asobiba. Discounts on bathing fees. We lend projectors and screens free of charge. Play games or screenings on a big screen. We also recommend relaxing with a barbecue, campfire, or tent sauna. A set of BBQ equipment, tarps, sauna tents, stoves, etc. Please book in advance for rentals. Of course, you can bring your own.

Limited to one group per day, Mökki is a small cottage with a garden by a stream

Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Spend your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You will have full access to a comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, a natural garden that creates seasonal views, and a forest with a stream.In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see birds, squirrels, and raccoon dogs, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We have also paid special attention to the interior of the room and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy 'living'. At the pavilion by the stream, you can enjoy BBQ and campfires without worrying about the weather. It is ideal as a base for hiking, fishing, paddleboarding and golf in the green season, and as a base for winter sports in the snow season. Enjoy the view of Lake Nojiri, with a private sauna, Anoie (あの家)

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.

We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
