the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. This is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. The house is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished, with a well-appointed kitchen featuring new appliances. The spacious outdoor area is a real highlight and would be especially lovely in the warmer months. Located in a quiet corner of the town, it offers great proximity to the beach and local restaurants. The property is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring comfort in any season. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host, Massimo, was extremely responsive to all initial questions, making the arrival experience seamless. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Vittorio was very welcoming from the very beginning with great, clear and proactive communications. The house was very clean and matched the description. We (2 adults, 2 small children) had a super time, especially enjoying the beach so close by (~5min walk) and Rome only an hour by car. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed with 11 friends at this villa for a few days and had a really good time! The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained, perfect for large groups. The owners were very kind and available to all our needs, always present but never intrusive. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the center of Anzio, so easy to reach but quiet enough to relax. A great experience, highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Owner was very helpful with our check in. Good location, perfect for walking around Nettuno. Close to downtown and near all your basic needs. Great place to stay overall and would highly recommend!

My two children and I were on vacation in Antonio and Rosita's villa for 18 days. The villa is equipped with every comfort, the large and spacious rooms with fans, clean and really well furnished. The kitchen is super equipped for cooking and there is everything you need. Brand new and well-functioning washing machine and spacious living room with a nice TV. Externally, a patio with a table for breakfast or lunch and also a nice garden behind it with a large table and outdoor lights that we enjoyed thanks to a nice fixed brick barbecue. The garden also has a beautiful outdoor solar shower that has returned extremely useful. Every year my children and I come to Anzio and rent, but I have to say that this house was among the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever had here. Thank you Antonio and Rosita for your kindness as a host and thank you for hosting us. I hope to be able to come back very soon with my children to your lovely villa.

This house was great. Everything was as in the description and as seen in the photos. The house is a 5min walk to the town and the beach. It also has a big beautiful garden with bbq.

Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We really recommend a stay with them.

Luigi's place is the perfect spot to relax after a long flight to rome. His home is very clean, cozy, and the outdoor patio is very peaceful. On top of all that, Luigi is a really kind person who really wants you to feel right at home. 10/10 highly recommend! we will definitely be back the next time we fly into Rome. Grazie mille, Luigi!
