Great apartment, clean and tidy, only a couple of min walk from Pasing S-bahn and the center.

Modern, very clean, sunny penthouse apartment, fully equipped with new furniture and kitchen appliances. Impeccable bed linens and towels. The bus stop is only a few steps away, the metro stop is about 10 minutes, Aldi and Netto about 2 minutes by foot. A big advantage is private parking in the underground parking. It was a perfect choice for 3 people to explore Munich and surroundings for 4 nights. I recommend it!

For us, the apartment was great. Everything is very clean as described/seen in the photos. Especially the kitchen and that the living room and bedroom are separated is great with young children (but you have to be aware of the open stairs;) ) By car you can reach everything you want in a short time. The public fast charging station (aral) is also in walking distance. Perfect. If the number of people still fits on our next spa visit, we will be happy to come back :D

From the property you are quickly on different paths in the old town and the museums. Schwabing is a district with countless refreshments without disturbing the night's rest. Nearby you will find everything you need. The amenities of the place have everything covered for the two of us.

Great house (as described) with sensational garden directly on the Danube. Everything is available and the reception or contact with the host Mr. Beslmeisl was great. Shopping (Rewe) is nearby. For restaurants, however, you have to walk/drive to Kelheim's old town. I'm sure we'll be back.

The host is super friendly and hospitable, always there to help and very responsive. Convenient location short walk to train station and grocery stores. The house is very new and super clean with high quality appliances and furnitures. I was able to relax and had a great stay!

it was a great staying in the house, it's really cozy and well decorated, it has all you need and the neighborhood is beautiful. 15 minutes away from the train stations if you walk.

The house was super nice. Everything was clean, nothing was missing and it is in a nice quiet location. Can only recommend the place and would definitely vacation here again. The communication was very fast and check-in and check-out were uncomplicated and easy.

Gabi was a great host! Very flexible with checkin and checkout times, great place, good location!

Guido's place is great. The best part is it comes with a kitchen with all the required utensils. The connectivity to the place is great, close to the Fresing S-Bahn. Also, there are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, where you can go for shopping during the evening or just chill.

Stayed here for a period of 45 days. Very comfortable and homely. Decor has a very personal touch . Peter is very helpful and always available for any help. We had fresh fruits , juices and treats in store. The kitchen is well equipped . Supermarket is 5 mins walk away . Apartment is not too big but has ample of organised storage space . Overall , comfortable stay .

This apartment was absolutely amazing, providing an excellent accommodation during our work trip. It was very warm inside and we did appreciate it especially after the whole day outside. The parking lot was right in front of the entrance and we've been able to squeeze our company van there. Silke is a very kind host. The accommodation corresponds to the pictures, can be reached in about 7 minutes from the S-Bahn station, an Edeka, Rossmann and a few individual restaurants/snacks and is located in a quiet and safe residential area. The rooms are bright and cozy, everything was clean, everything usable is well labeled. I can only recommend it! :)
