We had a great stay at this place. Check-in was very straightforward and the hosts welcomed us very openly and warmly. We felt very comfortable in the house. The furnishings are lovingly and thoughtfully selected. You could accommodate all your things well. The apartment was extremely clean everywhere and had a pleasant smell. In the immediate vicinity is a forest path where we could take nice walks with our dog. Thanks for the nice time :)

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

The place was a dream! We were there over New Year's Eve, 4 adults with 3 children and a toddler, and complete equipment was also available for our youngest and everything was childproof. The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything very neat and clean. You'll find everything you need. Martin was a friendly and helpful host, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Petra's apartment. The place is superbly appointed. It was really thought of everything. From the first moment we felt very comfortable and welcome. Everything was sparkling clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We especially liked the little notes that Petra distributed everywhere in the house. They were not only very helpful, but also showed how much effort and heart she put into taking care of her guests. You just notice that it's important to Petra to make her guests feel at home. There is really nothing missing in the house, everything is perfectly thought out. Petra herself is incredibly friendly and attentive. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back anytime!”

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. Stayed here while visiting family a few minutes away. The house was exactly as described. The bus from the train station drops you off right at the corner of the house and the busses are free! House was super quiet. Comfortable beds. Host communicated well in English! Late check out wasn't a problem for the day we checked out. 😀 Thank you, Tanja!!

Matthias was a great host! The place was clean and easy to find. It was close by car to everything we needed. If you have a car, parking can be difficult at times, but the location was so quiet and peaceful it made up for the small walk. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again next time we visit Munich.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Previous reviews do not adequately capture the excellence of this establishment. It is truly remarkable. Several notable aspects not mentioned in other reviews include: 1. The bathroom is exceptional, boasting beautiful aesthetics, impressive water pressure, and a washer and dryer that surpass any we've encountered in Europe. 2. The bedrooms are surprisingly equal in terms of amenities, despite one having a terrace and another having a TV, making room selection a relatively effortless process. 3. The hosts demonstrate exceptional responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. 4. A convenient door separates the living area from the bedrooms, featuring a large window that allows for visibility while minimizing noise disturbance. 5. When using the toilet in the smaller bathroom, it is advisable to utilize the courtesy flush option. 6. According to a local acquaintance, these condos are valued at over one million dollars and are situated in one of the wealthiest areas of town!

Thanks very much Lisa and Julian. We loved staying with you. The house is absolutely perfect! Totally cozy, super new, extremely clean (and I really have a mold about this) and very nicely decorated. We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. the apartment was very clean, there was everything you needed and the location was also great. the hosts were very nice and very quick to respond to questions.

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation with Airbnb in agreement with us. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly, as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.
