On the lower floor there is also a gym & a laundry room with washing machine incl. dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fully automatic coffee machine, etc.

At the end of the cul-de-sac, very quiet location. Free parking right in front of the house. Table tennis and fitness equipment are included in the price. Washing machine can also be used. The area has a separate entrance. Ideal for 2 persons. All the rooms described are located in the basement. All rooms have large windows and daylight. The landlord has his washing machine in this area and sometimes has to wash his laundry after prior arrangement.
