Ce Loft en duplex de 30m² (5min à pied de la plage), est fait et pensé pour un séjour bien-être à 2. Un véritable jacuzzi privatif, une salle de massage, lit queen size avec vue sur les étoiles et un jardin privé de 25m². Quartier très calme. Très Cosy, ce duplex est très bien équipé : cuisine aménagée, coupes à champagne, tout pour diner et petit déjeuner, micro-ondes, nespresso, canapé, tv connectée, leds, wifi, enceinte assistant vocal, spotify, wc séparé, douche, sèche serv, ext intimiste.

Les Aulnes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre une forêt-jardin ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Quaint Villa at Magdeleine Bouhou Vineyard

Our private gîte is nestled in our working organic Côte de Blaye, Bordeaux vineyard. A beautifully refurbished home with 5 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 10 people. It includes a private garden, outdoor shower, plunge pool, terrace & BBQ area. The house is a short cycle to Blaye, we have bikes available at the property. Within easy reach are many things to explore - St. Emilion, the Medoc region, Arcachon & the Dune du Pilât, Aquitaine coastline and lakes, Cognac, Bordeaux city and much more!

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Vous trouverez au rez de chaussez une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, micro ondes, machine à laver, sèche linge), coin repas, la salle d'eau (douche à l'italienne,wc) ainsi qu'un espace détente avec cheminée et jacuzzi (4 personnes max). A l'étage, vous profiterez du Sauna, d'un premier lit en 140 avec un coin eau+wc, d'une chambre avec lit en 160 ainsi qu'un salon avec tv. A l'extérieur : terrasse, et piscine chauffée (mai /sept) Coin barbecue .

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Vous séjournerez au sein d'un ancien château viticole, vous dormirez dans le "Studio" équipé dans un lit 2 places de 180 cm, Le Studio est équipé d'un micro ondes, frigo, cafetière, bouilloire, plaque de cuisson, barbecue. Vous pourrez profitez de la piscine chauffée en saison et du court de tennis. Un parc arboré est également à votre disposition pour vous détendre.
