What a fantastic location; right by Sanssouci Park! The flat is located right where the city and nature come together: historic buildings, a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, yet a bit secluded. You can look forward to 'Park Sanssouci' right on your doorstep (about a 300-metre walk). The historic city centre, with its cosy street and park cafés and excellent shopping options, can be reached in about five minutes on a pleasant walk, which takes you through the historic old town.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

The exterior of a red brick building is featured, showcasing a traditional Dutch architectural style. A green door provides entry, while a flag flutters above. Nearby, a menu board is visible, adding to the inviting atmosphere of the street.

A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

Enjoy life by the lake in this quiet, centrally located accommodation. Our apartment has just been renovated with great attention to detail. The fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating and large terrace invite you to relax and work. Brave souls can swim on the premises by the jetty at our Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam almost all year round ;-).
