This coachman's house in the most scenic location not far from the Potsdam lake landscape and the UNESCO World Heritage Prussian park and cultural landscape is a perfect retreat from which you can start great tours in the nearby (Caputh with Einstein House, Sanssouci Palace, Cecilienhof Palace, Babelsberg Palace, Babelsberg Film Studios) and further (Berlin) surroundings. The over 100-year-old two-story coachman's house was expanded into a 50 m² cottage in keeping with the historical monument.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.
