Welcome to our charming Remise in one of Berlin's most beautiful neighborhood! We have lovingly renovated this unique historic building and furnished it to the highest standards. Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

After exciting Berlin adventures, spend relaxing hours in my condominium. The sunny apartment of the “immergrün” residential complex lives up to its name: It has a planted balcony and a 38 square meter green roof terrace with views over Berlin. It is also great for a workation with a home office space and fast Wi-Fi. Despite its proximity to the city center, the neighborhood and the apartment are quietly located and the neighbors are very friendly and tidy.

GLAMPING NUTHETAL is a very special retreat. Just outside the gates of Potsdam and Berlin lies the approx. 1200 m2 property. On the property, there are 4 GLAMPING tents and 2 cottages with bathrooms and kitchens. Two 18m2 tents with space for 4 people each, as well as two smaller 3x3m tents ("Sunset" & "Sunrise"), each with space for 2 people, offer sufficient space for 12 people. If you are travelling with more people, it is possible to set up more tents.

Havel view with marina and to feel good

Havel pure and unadulterated to feel good and relax. Absolute top location with private access to the Scheunhornweg marina (see Internet portal). Potsdam with all attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel cycle path or by public transport, if you want to do without a car. In the immediate vicinity (about 10 km) is the "Märkische Golfclub Potsdam" and a riding stable.

Ein Mal-Atelier im Dachgestühl, selbst errichtet. Wir sind Künstlerin und Designer und haben einen Malsaal, ein Schlafzimmer, eine grosse Wohnküche, ein Wellness-Bad und ein Gäste- und Spielzimmer passgenau eingebaut. Das ist Eure Unterkunft!

Living at the Theaterpark

The apartment (approx. 48 square meters) is located on the mezzanine floor with six steps to the separate entrance of the apartment. It is located on the northeastern edge of the Theaterpark, right in the center of the city. From all rooms you can see the Theaterpark in front of our property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking (property is fully fenced) is available right by the property.

The approx. 115m² luxury flat is located in Berlin Mitte on the 2nd floor, surrounded by trendy restaurants, cafés and bars. It offers overnight accommodation for 6 people. There is a large king-size bed for 2 people, a pull-out bed in the children's room for 2 people and a fold-out sofa/day bed for 2 people. There is a luxury kitchen, a south-facing balcony, a shower room and a bathroom. Self check-in is possible.

Lakeside house

This unique property offers a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. The historic ballroom gives every event a special charm, while the lake terrace offers stunning views and a place of rest. Thanks to the excellent Internet access, you can also stay productive in the midst of this idyll. The property is ideal for corporate events, family gatherings, celebrations, yoga retreats or a relaxing vacation.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 1914 buildung with a perfect view along famous Dunckerstraße. We have restored the 4 rooms with a lot of love and detail. You will find the typical attributes of a German Altbau such as plaster ornaments, wooden floors and high ceilings. The apartemnt is pracitcally cut and receives morning and evening sun from both sides. The balcony invites for a sundowner.
