My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Light and quiet attic apartment in a family house near Berlin. Via the highway AVUS you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

Suite Home Two-Bedroom Apartment

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Apartment "little getaway"(not for big people)

On the island of Werder, in the main house, there is a small fisherman's or fruit grower's house, our small but nice apartment. Small refers to the size of the guests. For those over 1.85 m, you should duck your head a little at the doorways. The apartment is in the attic. As a state-recognized resort, the town of Werder charges a €2.00 spa fee per night, per person. This is due in advance. I will contact you about this. No PETS allowed.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. This is the right place to read, write, meditate, cook, stargaze, mushroom pick (dehydrator available), feed chickens, for campfires, forest walks and animal watching. If you want to unwind and enjoy nature for a while, this is the place. The place is also good for slightly longer breaks, such as writing a book.
