Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

In the villa district Babelsberg you will find a high-quality and tastefully furnished guest apartment with its own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the tram towards Potsdam and 15 minutes walk to the S-Bahn Griebnitzsee towards Berlin open the door to two exciting cities.
