Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Parma

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. We also got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back!

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are several supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point for visiting the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

Giovanni & Danielle's stone houses are simply fantastic! They are located on a hill in a really beautiful nature reserve in absolute tranquility. The view is amazing and the hiking trails that start right from home are one more beautiful than the other. The cottage is very nice and tastefully furnished and has everything you need. It is incredibly cozy and so lovingly renovated, it's a pleasure! And then there are Elena, Dario and their son Pietro who make the stay perfect with their friendly manner. Thank you! Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A dive into the past in Marco's home, a delightful home well furnished with retro taste, large garden and super location! Marco is very helpful and always attentive to respect requests! I recommend it

The house is perfect and the environment of Cascina is peaceful and beautiful. We loved discovering this place, Loredana and her family who are attentive and welcoming hosts. Nearby, a great pizzeria (AsterX).

House at the same time rustic, elegant and comfortable. There's nothing missing in the house for a holiday full of comfort and comfort. Priceless location and views, and the custodians are affable and available. We'll definitely be back!

Our two-nights stay was very pleasant. The apartment is beautiful - well organized, nicely decorated and luminous. We really appreciated having two bathrooms to our use! The position was perfect for us - easily accessible by car and at a walking distance from all Parma's attractions. Laura was absolutely complete in all her instructions and she proactively gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities which we felt as a kind attention. We highly recommend this accomodation!

Very nice apartment in a peaceful area ideally located between the Parco Ducale and the center of the city. The apartment has a small balcony where it is nice to have coffee or aperitivo.

Very clean, very functional apartment, well located, with parking. 5 minutes from bus stop 7, which takes you to Piazza Ghiaia, very close to the hyper center. Bus every 15-20 minutes until midnight. Ramona is a welcoming and available person, who responds very quickly to your messages. We would recommend it.

the apartment was great for 2 families, plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. close to a supermarket and to walk into the centre of Parma. also close to the stadium, the parco citadella and another park with a playground and football field. we were able to check in at 11am as no-one was in the previously in the apartment and we arranged with the hosts to leave our bags on check out day to collect later, although in the end we decided to use the baggage storage at the train station. We got a good tip about a rearranged Parma football team match and managed to get tickets. hosts were also responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the very well located place. The location is very close to the old town in a also very charming suburb, right on the beautiful river bank with beautiful views up to the Appenin. For this, the Parco Ducale is only a 10-minute walk away, a green oasis. In the apartment we really liked the good bed (nice pillows), the wide balcony and the small but well-equipped kitchen (with espresso, or tea) and the bright bathroom. The historic staircase with the vault and luggage elevator is a small sight. Nice that recycling and garbage separation are organized. We will be happy to come back to this optimal accommodation!

Compact, completely sufficient apartment for two people in an architecturally appealing new building block. When arriving by car easy to find, due to the location on the northern edge of the city center you are quickly on the highway for day trips. In my opinion, the underground parking was a big plus. Walking distance to the old town and close to the train station, also shopping is in the neighborhood. Michela was very flexible with checking in and out, very quickly with any questions, present and friendly. A perfect stay!

Simonetta's place is really beautiful, a little favor in the heart of Parma. Everything is perfect to enjoy a relaxing stay, fully enjoying the beauty of this beautiful city. The historic center with its beautiful monuments is a short walk from the house and everything can be reached quickly. Simonetta was extremely kind and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information to make our stay even more special. Highly recommended!!!
