Loft holiday rentals in Te Waipounamu / South Island

This has to be the loveliest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. It couldn’t be better located to explore all the local wineries and eateries. The barn is a cosy, brilliantly equipped, perfect and pristine retreat after a day sampling Marlborough’s offerings. Andrew and Wendy have to be kindest and most thoughtful hosts out there. We had the most wonderfully relaxing 2 nights here.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tracey-Lee's loft, its a unique experience in a great apartment. Easy walking distance to Central Dunedin, highly recommended.

Great spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The views were beautiful and we loved saying hello to Beau the dog everyday. We enjoyed the location as was peaceful, was a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Kylie’s very much and spent relaxing evenings in the Airbnb as the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped, there is parking onsite and the house is modern and stylish, loved it!

Mary was a very helpful, polite and quick communicator. Everything i could have wanted for a peaceful restoring stay. The wee lollies and breakfast selections were a lovely touch and gratefully appreciated.

Guenter & Irma were absolutely lovely hosts. They were very friendly and welcoming, gave us recommendations on how to use local roads to get places faster and they made us feel right at home. They were so hospitable and approachable. It was very evident that they cared about our stay beyond the limits of their property (which is stunning by the way). I would not hesitate to stay here again. They are the most fantastic people.

A very clean and comfortable stay. Fantastic location in a gorgeous building with period features throughout. Had a lovely dinner at the bar inside the building which had a beautiful atmosphere. Easy stroll around the city from the front door. Very clear instructions on how to access and use the apartment and facilities. Absolute bonus having the gym, pool, spa and sauna on location for use. Highly recommend this accommodation.
