Our holiday apartment is in a very peaceful and completely quiet location on a street running parallel to the lake. It is located on the first floor and has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities on offer. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Holiday Appartement Rüland

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Klostergarten vacation home

Our Klostergarten holiday apartment (46 m²) was newly converted at the beginning of 2025 and is centrally located on the beautiful Gemüseinsel Reichenau. It is located on the second floor of the historic main building and has a fully equipped kitchen. From the bedroom you have a beautiful lake view. The accommodation is designed for 2 adults and 2 children. In addition, you have access to the lakeside terrace, the garden and our large sunbathing lawn, which offers a stunning view of the lake.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Wooden caravan Gottlieben, lake access, close to nature

Nature-friendly living in a beautiful, very quiet location, with an unobstructed view over the fields to the south. Despite the proximity of the caravans and the main house, there is a pleasant level of privacy. The complex is kept very simple, and the outdoor toilet/shower is not to everyone's taste. Gottlieben is a wonderful place to spend time: café, restaurant, bathing area. Excellent connections to Konstanz: by boat, by bike, and on foot along Pappelallee beside the Seerhein.

Enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located cozy accommodation with charming garden, which we can use and enliven together, birdsong, the proximity to the lovely Danube, the historic old town with half-timbered houses, ice cream parlors, nice pubs to sit outside, an original cinema, and so on.
