The apartment is on the ground floor. It is simply and functionally furnished. All rooms have daylight windows. In the apartment and on the terrace you have absolute peace. You can walk at the renatured quarry lakes and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry lakes have been converted into spacious natural beach baths. A bike path leads right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.
