One bedroom downstairs with a double bed (180 cm). Three bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a total of two 120 beds and three 90 beds. Space for a baby bed. Hallway room on the 2nd floor with two extra mattresses. Terrace, several seating areas outside and large lawn. Parking space for several cars. 2 kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, games and toys for all ages. Very child-friendly. Pets are allowed. Sun all day.

Bring the whole family to this great place for a lot of fun and relaxation. The house is close to the beach and several activities associated with the campsite nearby. Nice space to relax, be social if desired and plenty of space to let the kids run around in the garden. Several outdoor spaces where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun, barbecue is also available. Smoking allowed outside and in the winter garden. Spacious house with five large rooms with double beds and one room with a 120 cm bed. Good ceiling height, large windows and lots of light. Great garden and terrace with seating areas. Walking distance to hiking trails, city center and beaches. Rent all year round: - When booking from 6 to 12 people, you get the house for yourself if I don't have other bookings. – Apart from this, I rent out rooms separately. Perfect for holiday guests, large families and groups of friends looking for space, comfort and a central location in Grimstad.

A charming southern house with a recently renovated main floor. Modern kitchen, fireplace, great garden, various garden toys, outdoor shower, gas grill, board games, etc. Gym in the annex. Good patios with lots of seating. Perfect for one large, or two small families.

Renting out the living room in my apartment with 2 bedrooms. One guest room has a double bed, the other has a single bed. Suitable for two or three people. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and you will have your own toilet and attic, with sofa and TV. Same entrance where I stay on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen. The kitchen is available. Guest parking outside the apartment. Otherwise, it is a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The bus takes 10 minutes to Arendal city center.
