Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, decorated with a lot of personality. Excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood, with countless shops, close to the promenade, where you can find all kinds of restaurants and beach bars. Everything is close by, a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 7-minute walk from Parque del Oeste, 10 minutes from downtown by metro or bus, and 30 minutes from Marbella. It has 1 large bedroom, a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, crib, baby bath.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this central flat. 3 minute walk to downtown Benalmadena with all the bars, restaurants, shops. 15min walk -5min by car to the beach. is completely renovated with all amenities such as wifi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Very modern decoration with a sofa bed. The building has a 24-hour reception with a doorman. It has a swimming pool and communal parking and a small pool (open from 1 June) for children and a small bar next door.
