Your apartment is at ground level with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap, which delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right side is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (3 beds in total). Next to it is the main bath with tub, shower, toilet and large washbasin, all brightly tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic built-in closet. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, baking oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, cozy. A generous "Sammelsurium" of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people. Live cooking is therefore guaranteed. :-) The living room is also integrated into the kitchen-living room and offers a very cozy atmosphere with 2 sofas, satellite TV (48 inch LCD TV), hi-fi boxes for iPhone/Android/iPod (bestial noisy and with lush basses). Speaking of cozy: A fireplace is at your disposal too. And if you don't listen to music and television, we also have a few board games ready (chessboard, etc.) The very cozy master bedroom with extra shower room and toilet is located in the back and has a very, very back-friendly double bed with metal-free slatted frames, new, continuous mattress. If you can't fall asleep or don't want to get up, we have a 32-inch TV connected to a satellite. In the also ground-level laundry room, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron board and iron are at your disposal. You can also "dry air" your laundry in the laundry room. On the terrace you will find a table, chairs and on request also a barbecue and invite you to cozy evenings. Campfires in the garden are also possible! In the back of the garden, there is a swing for the little ones; or not quite as small ;-) As it is a cul-de-sac, we hardly have any car traffic here either! Location ========================== Your Apartment is far from any hustle and bustle. Directly behind the house begins the forest you can explore for yourself. Whether on foot, to Ross, to bike. In the morning you will be woken up by the birds. Or the cows. If you want, you can still drive within a maximum of 60 minutes by car to all Ruhr metropolises (Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Essen, etc.) and have a connection to the world there. For example, you can explore the train station in Oberbrügge (about 8 km). The regional train takes you to Hauptbahnhof station in Dortmund. From Marineheide (about 18 km), another regional train will take you to the Cologne main train. Activities ========================== In addition to exploring the forest, you can also enjoy a number of activities for bad weather days. The nearby Lüdenscheid (about 19km) has all the shopping, sports and cultural facilities that your heart desires. Our lovingly furnished 200-year-old half-timbered house is located in the middle of the village in a residential area. The garden is fenced off, parking spaces are always available in front of the gate. Nearby there are hiking trails, a playground, swimming lakes and activities of the "Bergisches Land." The house is a place of rest and relaxation. Parties are not allowed. Bed linen included for 4 nights or more.

Home with a view: Bergneustadt is a small, over 700-year-old town in the Bergisches Land with many shopping opportunities for everyday needs. Here there are dams nearby, lots of forest and nature and lots of hills that invite you to hike and bike. The half-timbered house is located on a quiet hillside property in the immediate vicinity and with beautiful views of the old town. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The furnishings are comfortable. Parking spaces are available at the house.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.

Cosy log cabin in a quiet, rural setting with a balcony and a sunny terrace, including barbecue facilities. The in-house sauna can be used for an additional charge. Thanks to the good transport links, Cologne and other cities can be reached quickly. A well-developed network of hiking trails and nearby reservoirs invite you to enjoy relaxing excursions in nature.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Obenrüdener Kotten, stone house

The Kotten is actually a small factory, a former knife grinding shop, and is located at the end of the valley and away from the village directly on the Wupper. This is where industrial architecture, tranquility and a lot of nature meet.

Coachman's house in the Bergisches Land

The historic coach house is located in the center of Lindlar, yet in a quiet and natural environment. It was completely restored in 2006 in a traditional construction according to the rules of monument protection.
