Home with a view: Bergneustadt is a small, over 700-year-old town in the Bergisches Land with many shopping opportunities for everyday needs. Here there are dams nearby, lots of forest and nature and lots of hills that invite you to hike and bike. The half-timbered house is located on a quiet hillside property in the immediate vicinity and with beautiful views of the old town. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The furnishings are comfortable. Parking spaces are available at the house.

Idyllic tiny house surrounded by greenery! Situated directly on the edge of the forest, our guests can explore the beautiful hiking trails of the Bergisches Land. Our 20 square meter guest house was completely renovated in July 2019 and is equipped with everything to spend relaxing days in nature. In our valley there are only 4 houses. All around there is pastureland with cows and chickens. Fresh organic eggs are around the corner! Our large garden is also available for shared use.

Ein einzigartiges, rundes Baumhaus schwebt hoch in den Wipfeln, vollständig von den Bäumen getragen. Seine geodätische Kuppelkonstruktion verleiht ihm eine futuristische Ästhetik, während die großzügigen Fensterfronten einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die umliegenden Felder eröffnen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die freistehende Badewanne, mitten im Raum. Von hier aus genießt man ein entspanntes Bad mit spektakulärer Aussicht – eine perfekte Symbiose aus Luxus und Natur.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

1Step2AllStars Baumhaus

The 1Step2AllStars tree house (about 23 m²) is nestled in green surroundings in a quiet residential street just 2.5 km from the center. From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Airy gable apartment for a break in the countryside

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

From the freestanding bathtub and the XXL shower, to the cosy stove in the living room, nothing is left to be desired. In the large bedroom, there is a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed for you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the center.

Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
