If you're looking for seclusion and tranquility, you've come to the right place!The apartment (ground floor) for 2 people has a separate entrance. The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern in den Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. You are in the middle of nature, here the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
