Very nice house in a large wooded park. Charming house, very well equipped for cooking. Great living room ideal for meeting with friends. Outdoor games made available to us and well appreciated by children. Shops nearby in the village, and close to the highway. A place to advise and keep!

Wonderful bright space where you can feel good in a soft and refined decor! Everything is close to the beach, shops. Maud was available and attentive. Recommended 100%, we'll be back!

Listing is as described . Clean, well-equipped. Beds are prepared and towels are available. The most when we arrived at this end of year period: the fireplace was lit and the Christmas decoration was in place. You can go there without a second thought.

The accommodation,located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac,is perfectly as described.The fenced grounds were also suitable for our dog. The accommodation is spacious, the bedding comfortable and we enjoyed it as a family of four with a dog. First rental at Jérôme's but maybe not the last one,it's an address to remember!!!

Our stay was a total success thanks to this perfect place. Ideally located, 5 minutes from the port and beaches, we found a place perfectly suitable for everyone: young and old. Everything is done to make us feel good, there are lots of things in the kitchen, the amenities are super quality, the bedding is perfect. This little house is a real cocoon and Mona and her husband are welcoming, super available and super warm. THANK YOU for the wonderful weekend we had thanks to you!

Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

An extremely enjoyable last minute stay! Soazig is truly a super responsive and accommodating host if needed! The apartment is the nicest I was able to rent, it feels very good:) Thank you again!

Perfectly located accommodation for enough time to discover Sarlat and its beautiful city center. The accommodation is clean, easy to access to the city center, restaurants and entertainment.

We had a great time in this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches ,shops and city center within a 15-minute walk, so we did not use our vehicle for the duration of our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Our host Suzanne was very nice and welcoming. Thank you Suzanne for your welcome, we recommend your rental!

Apartment that matches the listing. There were a maximum of 8 of us and we didn't step on it. Apartment not accessible to others, because access through a door that must remain closed, so you feel safe. The living room sofa is comfortable, the 2 single beds and 2 double beds as well. Essentials available and beds made on arrival which is a plus. Thanks for the check-in details and late check-in.
