A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. The terraced house in the country house style was furnished with a lot of love and of very high quality. Mostly solid wood furniture "Made in Germany or Austria," first-class mattresses and bedding. Read a book from the small library, relax in the private garden, enjoy HD satellite TV with the SAMSUNG 55" Curve TV, or end the day by the fireplace. The first floor has underfloor heating, pleated fabric on each window and electric shutters. Coffee (fully automatic) and tea included.
