In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer this pretty 110 m2 single-story house, completely tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families. Nice ground floor studio accessible for people with disabilities. Non-smoking accommodation 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, 1 bed 80 tv, wifi, terrace with barbecue large courtyard, to park your vehicle, shared with the owners, I have a very nice female Labrador who walks around the property.
