Alpenchalet Kogel

The Alpenchalet Kogel is located on the outskirts of Bad Tölz high above the old town with a fantastic view of the city and the Karwendel Mountains. It is luxuriously equipped with an old wooden roof chair, designer kitchen made of black steel, garden sauna, two secluded terraces, fireplace and a mixture of high-quality designer furniture and antiques. For children there is a cable car, a trampoline, slide, sandbox, tree house and soccer field as well as in-house Cameroon sheep in summer.

Please note: Should you wish to use the garden sauna there is an additional sauna fee, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. You will find more information below.

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.

The main house, which is furnished to a high standard, extends over 4 floors. Both the living room and the kitchen are equipped with top technology. The kitchen has two ovens, an induction cooker, a fully automatic coffee machine and a dishwasher. On the first and second floor there are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the basement are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a second living room. On the terrace, you can end the day with a cosy barbecue.

The house itself has a spacious garden with pool, barbecue facilities.

In only about 10 minutes by car you can reach all the surrounding ski areas.
