On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1x double bed width 1.80 m, 1x single bed, 1x single bed) and a bathroom with bath and shower. In the attic there is a studio with a workplace. Shops, restaurants and cafes are just around the corner. Buses/trains right outside the front door.

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or barbecue on your own terrace if the weather permits. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

For a family or 2 couples: a cute, colourful, complete cottage with garden, right next to the subway with 2 bedrooms (one of which has a sofa bed) for 4 guests (you could also add a toddler if you have a travel cot). There is also a cosy attic room as a living room (which can also be converted into a 3rd bedroom), a work loft, and a large cooking and dining area of 26 m² and a covered terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

Here you can feel at home after a very short time and make yourself really comfortable in an exclusive environment with plenty of space.
