These 32m² two-bed studios have a raised level with a 150cm x 200cm EU double bed upstairs and another downstairs. Fits 2 adults and 2 children. There’s a seating area, and the low-ceiling loft is perfect for kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, sofa, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and cooking gear. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
