Carole’s place was as described. Steps from the old city, lively neighborhood, across from the river with lots of foot traffic and retail. Perfect spot for Oktoberfest or just a weekend. Away in a cool little city

This is a great place to stay for those looking to spend a few days in Munich touring. Fabian's home is 10 minute walk to Marienplatz which is the center of the city. His home is a few minutes walk to great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. Fabian was an excellent host as he was a quick communicator, very accomodating, and so kind!

Very nice little apartment in beautiful Flinsbach. In the apartment you will find everything you need. Highlight was the hot tub:)

My wife and I come to Germany nearly every year. This is where we will always stay in Munich. The location within 100 yards of a tram stop makes it an excellent location, but there is also a supermarket with a five minute walk and plenty of other restaurants that are outside of the tourist area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which we needed since we had to eat in on Christmas night. The washer/dryer unit is always helpful in Europe too. I highly recommend this apartment.

Daniela’s apartment felt like a home away from home! Beautiful & peaceful surroundings, absolute beauty and lovely views of Ammersee lake! Comfortable bed linen, high quality kitchenware and most importantly nice setup of home. Board games and Tv with Netflix made dark evening nicer and better. Thank you for making our holidays beautiful!

Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

The lovingly designed house is a special place with high emotional value and lots of nature. The accommodation offers everything to linger there relaxed. The pictures give the impression very well. The equipment is very good. We were able to supply ourselves well with 4 adults. For two people, the sleeping comfort is excellent, for the other people it is necessary to pay attention to certain concessions (sofa bed, mattress on gallery). Communication with Valentina was straightforward, accommodating, and responsive. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and would love to come back. Thank you, Valentina!

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

We stayed with Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is top furnished and the location is super, quiet, in nature and super connected to traffic.

Anke and Christian were very gracious hosts! They made sure that we checked in easily and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The condo was wonderfully clean and bright and comfortable. It was such a delight to view the lake through the glass doors and balcony by the kitchen and living room. A really delightful experience in beautiful Tegernsee!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

We recovered magnificently and were able to relax in Annika and Nicolai's apartment after the long hikes. We were there in January...and it was pleasantly quiet - I'm sure it's a little livelier in the summer;-)

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. Great equipped place in a lovely location. Really everything from the kettle to the baking paper and coffee powder. Wolfgang is very friendly and easily accessible. Two notes that were not clear to me until the day of arrival: - Pool and sauna are public area. Sauna is small (for about two people), costs extra and can only be paid in 1€pieces (about 1€/15 minutes, until sauna is hot plan about half an hour - so sauna about €4-5). - The garden is also for other hotel/holiday apartment guests and you have to cross a street to get there. Still, everything positive prevails and the place is highly recommended! Thanks + happy to come back!

A very clean and modern place, lovely and warm and with a lovely balcony looking towards the river. The apartment was finished with lovely attention to detail, very good quality furniture throughout. Great sized bedrooms, and a really spacious dining and living area. We met Harry when we arrived and he was really friendly and helpful in explaining how everything worked.. The neighbours were all very friendly as well, clearly a calm place to be. We used the apartment as a base for driving to skiing, only 25 mins to Scheffau and closer again to Soll. Parking right outside meant a hassle free experience, the local supermarket was also helpful, as it was only 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Absolutely perfect for us, we would book again.
