A cozy apartment with private entrance, east terrace, garden and west balcony in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town, ideally suited for 1-2 adults. Ecological construction, very high-quality furnishings with attention to detail. Walking, hiking, cycling, swimming, excursions to the mountains, art and culture in the surrounding area and Munich, or just sitting in the garden and relaxing.

Anyone who needs nature and tranquillity will love this place. The flat is located in the Fünf-Seen-Land in a small, idyllic village in Upper Bavaria. The accommodation is cosy, quiet and surrounded by lots of nature. It is a ground-floor flat. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. It takes about 5–10 minutes by car to get to the lakes. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Please make sure you arrive by car.

FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

quiet garden house, favorite location Nymphenburg

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.

Wendelstein Room "Your own hotel room"

In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. From the mini fridge to the wardrobe, this room has everything you would expect from a 3-star hotel. TV and cable TV are provided. Order and cleanliness are our top priority.

Sabines nest

The location is situated in a very calm area with plein nature around, but as well shortly connected with munich Airport (15 min), the town Erding and the biggest hot springs Resort "Therme Erding" (4 km) and also to all major Highways leading to Munich (40 min) or the Alpes (90 min). The public buses can be reached within a 5 min walk.
