Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Lovely apartment in the middle of Munich's trendy district

Here you will find an apartment in the middle of Munich's student district. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an open living/sleeping area with a double box spring bed and a dining area with a large dining table. In the kitchen there are 2 hotplates, a large refrigerator, a coffee and an espresso machine and plenty of dishes. The apartment has a nice bright bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway offers plenty of space. The neighborhood has many restaurants, cafes and shops.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

The climate-friendly house is equipped with a PV system, power storage and toilet flushing with rainwater. There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Parking is available in the parking bays in the residential area. Shopping with Aldi, DM, EDIKA and Lidl are within 5-10 minutes' walking distance.

The airport is 7 miles away, 13 miles to city of Munich, 10 miles to Allianz-Arena (football-stadion), 3 miles to subway, 1 mile to S-Bahn, 2 miles to autobahn and 300 meter to busstop.
