It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Garden Villa

Spacious modern bungalow in private road, with parking, overlooking the hills surrounding Bath. Well equipped and a true "home from home". Its a pleasant (1 mile) downhill walk to the historic centre of Bath and all its well loved attractions. Those who know and visit Bath will understand the steep roads and footpaths, so walking back to the villa will take a little longer as it's up on high. The property is perfect all year round with a great sun spot for relaxing in the hot tub (£50 Charge), or cosying up in front of the wood-burner.

There is an ensuite shower room, a family bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a sweeping garden with a patio with beach views. Situated in the breath-taking Pembrokeshire National Park, Ty’r Felin is moments from the beach and coastal path. There is also a pub/cafe between us and the beach.

Set amongst fields, just up the road from the lovely village of Bantham, with The Sloop Inn and village shop, and perfectly located for the amazing beaches of Bantham, Thurlestone and Bigbury-On-Sea, as well as for exploring Hope Cove, Burgh Island, Salcombe, Dartmouth and the amazing coastline of the South Hams, not to forget beautiful Dartmoor.
