The property sleeps five, Egyptian cotton bedding and vintage Welsh blankets. Parking for 2 cars and a small wrap around garden. A great place for a family of five or two couples.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Refurbished in 2021, Ty'r Felin is a modern three-bedroom bungalow with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. It boasts a log burner and a six seater hot tub. There is an ensuite shower room, a family bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a sweeping garden with a patio with beach views. Situated in the breath-taking Pembrokeshire National Park, Ty’r Felin is moments from the beach and coastal path. There is also a pub/cafe between us and the beach.

Castle Park Cottage- 360 countryside & sea views

Castle Park Cottage is a self contained bungalow with a lounge with full height window and views of the rolling hills, kitchen, bathroom with bath and in bath shower and 2 bedrooms. Decoration is modern and slightly quirky. The cottage sits within our main house gardens. We live in the countryside with 360 degree views. You can see the countryside down to the sea and Caldey Island from the cottage bedroom windows. All the main attractions are within 30 minutes drive.

Atal Mor is a newly renovated bungalow situated in an elevated position, allowing the most breathtaking panoramic views stretching from Rame Head to Looe, with a seemingly endless horizon. The main living areas and bedrooms take full advantage of the magnificent views, framed like ever changing photographs by the French doors and windows. Outside there is a large, south facing, sandstone patio with plenty of room for dining, playing or just watching the sea activity.

Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre.
