Horderley Railway Carriage

KatieRating, 5 stars7 months ago
A glorious spot and a perfectly converted old railway carriage. Had everything we needed with spectacular views and sunrises. The campsite itself on is really well thought out. Shower block always clean with hot water. Fresh eggs and veg with honestly box - brilliant. Walk into town on footpath. Was brilliant and would stay again. Hosted by great people on hand if needed. Thank you so much. Katie Tara and Harold.

Beautifully Restored WW2 Carriage - Sleeps 6

PaulRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a lovely comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room inside. Warm and cosy. Has everything one can look for. The outside bath and barbecue area sheltered and in the warm weather an ideal place to spend time. A bonus the Alpacas in the field opposite. Somewhere where will certainly be returning.

Foxglove Carriage: sauna,underfloor heat,logburner

AbiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at Foxglove. The Carriage was immaculate when we arrived with clean, crisp, comfortable bedding, a cosy feel, situated in a beautiful, peaceful location, framing the farm. Usual amenities (Coffee/ Tea) were left with fully stocked kitchen utensils and fresh milk & delicious biscuits were a lovely touch. We also had sufficient fire lighters, wood etc and the underfloor heating was a luxury. (We actually turned it off on the second evening as the Carriage was so warm, cozy and well insulated). Faint sounds of the farm and the lullaby of the bird song each morning made for a peaceful, joyful stay and much needed restful weekend. If you appreciate the calming, beauty of nature, then this is a dream place to visit. Clara was an exceptional host, from start to finish. Clara provided us with thorough directions to the Carriage and was helpful, kind, & highly hospitable throughout. Thank you for such a magical stay. We are grateful and highly recommend.

Fantastic location and really quirky accommodation! It was very clean and while simple, had everything needed for the weekend. The joining instructions were really good with everything explained (and even links to videos to make life easy). Would definitely stay again

Snowy Owl - 1 bed converted railway carriage

SikanderRating, 5 stars19 months ago
I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb hosted by an outstanding host. The place felt like it had just been built, exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host went above and beyond, providing logs for the wood burner and being extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Our toddler had a blast interacting with the friendly cows on the property. The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds, with beautiful walks just a stone's throw away. I can't wait to return; this experience was truly exceptional.

Plowden Railway Carriage

LindaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Really enjoyed our stay in the railway carriage. Great amenities both inside the carriage itself and on the campsite and only a 10 minute walk into Bishops Castle. Comfortable bed, kitchenette facilities with an air fryer, tv, fridge all within this well set out space. We loved sitting outside of the carriage and enjoying the spectacular views.
