Great peaceful location within town, ideal especially if you have a car or are visiting the uni. Safe parking options and the flat is kept clean.

Stayed at Mark’s for a few nights and was exactly as described, spacious and worth every penny! Mark was very friendly, proactive and check in was easy. Would recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. Kim been very welcomed,very polite. She made home made cake for my daughter's birthday. Absolutely loved to stay there. My daughters was over the moon,seeing and feeding the chickens, that made her day for 110% Thank you for having us :))))

Lovely Airbnb, totally private with fantastic views over the sea and the Fowey estuary. Really peaceful area so great for a relaxed stay, and with the South West Coast Path on the doorstep lots to do too. It was easy to find and get into the Airbnb and really clean and tidy inside with a good kitchen set up for cooking too. Would really recommend!

We stayed for 2 nights for our son’s first birthday. Everything was fantastic from the get the go. The communication was instant and informative, the accommodation was exceptional and the grounds were impeccable. I would highly recommend and will be hoping to return.

Well we found an absolute gem in Francis as a host. So responsive & welcoming straight from the off. This was the perfect ending to our honeymoon & we had a lovely night sleep after a very long day of travelling. The annexe was lovely & cosy & absolutely spotlessly clean. All the instructions left were clear & easy to understand. Francis was so helpful & went above & beyond in accommodating any requests. We just wish we could have stayed longer! I would 100% recommend staying here & hope we can come again in the future.

We have stayed at The Coach House many times and will definitely be returning. The accommodation is perfect and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. It is within walking distance of all the local attractions and has the added bonus of a parking space. Jeremy is the perfect host and has made us feel welcome every time we have stayed.

We have loved our stay at the Birdie Box! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We appreciated the cream tea for our arrival! Richard and Susie have been more than helpful with recommendations of places to go, making sure we were comfortable and loving our dog almost as much as we love her! Our dog loved the gardens and sniffing for rabbits each day. Just a perfect retreat in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with a 5 minute walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for better.

Rose is a great guest. We have stopped there before. Since then, they have updates the sofa. The bed is very comfortable, and the duvet etc is luxurious. The power shower is terrific. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Area is nice. I was late getting to the check in so it was dark. It was a bit confusing in the dark getting to the door but after reading instructions I got there. I loved the plants it made it feel more like a home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well located, nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend.
