Wir sind ein "kleines" Apartmenthaus mit 2 liebevoll eingerichteten Studio Apartments, nur 150 m vom See entfernt, Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn 5km, genau bei Peterlewand Urlaub mit Kinderbetreuung!!! In Kozma Apartments im Bodensdorf am Ossiachersee wird an wirklich jedes Familienmitglied gedacht,egal ob Sie mit dem Baby oder mit älteren Kindern anreisen.

Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. A third room is available for bookings of 5 or more guests. We also offer a fire pit for campfires and an outdoor lounge area. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has its own lockable entrance. The triple room is on the same floor as the apartment but must be accessed via the stairwell.

Adjourned to our art studio is a small self contained apartment. Stay and become inspired by the ancient beauty of this historical place, see Vienna city, relax away from the noise of town and get to sleep in a real bed :-) Walk down to the station and catch the train into the city centre of vienna ( 25min) Free parking in our little street.

Modern small apartment directly in the city center. Ideal for anyone wanting to explore or visit Klagenfurt and the surrounding area.
