Only for Non-Smoker! Check-In at the weekend or after consultation Check-Out at the weekend or after consultation ---------------------------- We rent a small room (10 m²) in a big, old house. You can use the lunch/dinner area, bathroom (shower), the kitchen and in the summertime the garden. Also you can use the fridge and the freezer. A continental breakfast is included. You have to prepare the breakfast for yourself. Until 7pm you can cook for yourself but you could eat for dinner with us – then we ask you for a contribution of 4€ per dinner. The extendabel bed has a lying surface of 1,35 x 2 m. In the guestroom there is no TV. Towel and hairdryer are also included. If you come by car there is a possibility for parking in front of the house. Per day it costs 4€. In the case you want to book the parking place, please let me know in the request. In the near of the house there is a park with a small river where you could walk and go out. By the public traffic you can reach the city in 30 to 40 min. There are good connections. In any case, first you have to take the bus to the next train (S-Bahn/city train or U-Bahn/Underground). In Munich there are a lot of possibilities to spend your free time with cinema, theatre, culture and so on. After your check-in you get a lot further information. Also you could make a lot of trips to the mountains or beautiful lakes by train. In the case you intend to stay longer than your reservation, it is only possible via airbnb!

Es ist ein idyllisches Haus, wunderschön ruhig und doch super zentral. In nur 3 Minuten an der U2 und mit der Ubahn nur 13 Minuten zum Gärtnerplatz. Das tolle: es ist Platz für viele, d.h. auch für Freunde geeignet, die gemeinsam kommen wollen. Kommt vorbei und kommt gerne wieder :) Ihr bekommt dieses große private 4-6 PAX Zimmer für einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Blick in den Garten und dürft gerne vom gesamten Haus das Wohnzimmer und den Garten nutzen. Perfekt für ein Wochenende mit Freunden.

You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. For family & friends there is a second room. PLEASE SAY HI TO THE NEIGHBORS!

Room w. balcony - breakfast - Train to Octoberfest

Very cosy, large and quiet room with a sunny balcony and walking distance to the S-Bahn, which goes directly to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke). Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

At the gates of Munich

The lovingly furnished room is located in a charming townhouse from the middle of the 19th century. century, just outside Munich. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. In the house there is a small gallery, photo studio, a music room with a grand piano as well as a balcony and courtyard. On request, we offer guided mountain bike tours and hikes to the foothills of the Alps and the Alps. The S-Bahn to Munich is a less than 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of Schwabing, Munich's most vibrant district! The space is perfect for up to two guests, with a comfortable sofa bed that opens up into a bed. The apartment is located on the famous Leopoldstr, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and with easy access to public transport. Just 15 minutes from the Oktoberfest and 5 minutes from the Englischer Garten by bus. To access the kitchen, you pass through the living room.

The trade fair is directly accessible.
