Suitable for the whole family to stay or for long-term stays (great for a month's stay!) It's a spacious house. Since we are renting out the house where our family lived after a little maintenance, it has most of the things you need for living. Located in the outskirts of the residential area, it is quiet and peaceful, and all supermarket chains are nearby. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway, so the accessibility to the city is obvious. (Approximately 20 minutes, including walking time to the city center) You can sit on a very spacious balcony, bask in the sun, read a book, drink tea, or cook with the herbs I grew. Basic seasonings are also provided.

Kaiserhaus Harald Astner Ebbs Studio 1

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
