Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Our Cabin is set in a secluded spot with lovely views overlooking farmland, horse paddocks and the surrounding countryside. There are many footpaths in the area. A 10 minute walk will take you into ancient Postlebury Woods or to our small aesthetic lake. Imagine coming back from a long relaxing walk or maybe from shopping and exploring the Roman city of Bath to a warming meal in the cabin followed by marshmallows over the firepit. If you'd like to bring your horse with you we can arrange it!

Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

At the centre of one of the South Cotswolds’ most charming riverside villages, The Stables is a newly refurbished and interior designed two bedroomed cottage (allowing 4 guests maximum, including babies in cots), with private garden, EV charger and complimentary off street private parking. Historic Lechlade-on-Thames is the perfect base from which to explore the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and its picturesque hamlets, villages and towns like Bibury, Burford and Cirencester.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Unique. private & very ancient dovecote near Salisbury & Stonehenge with a fabulous swimming pool in gorgeous peaceful countryside with wonderful walks straight from the door. Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, romantic & spacious. Thick stone walls make it warm & cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as very quiet. It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.
