Ferienwohnung in Bad Tölz mit direkter Isarlage. Die Stadtmitte ist über die Isarpromenade in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker Metzger und Supermarkt sind ebenso fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer befinden sich im 1. Stock. Der erste Raum ist die vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und TV und Zugang zum Balkon. Das zweite und dritte Zimmer sind jeweils Doppelzimmer mit Dusche und WC. Es ist keine abgeschlossene Wohnung aber alle Zimmer sind einzeln absperrbar.

Wir wohnen schlicht aber schön und genießen jeden Tag das Gefühl, an einem ganz besonderen Ort leben zu dürfen. Ein Auto/Fahrrad ist hier jedoch von Vorteil, da wir nicht ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz abgebunden sind, nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2km entfernt.
