Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! There is an open living/sleeping area with a double box spring bed and a dining area with a large dining table. In the kitchen there are 2 hotplates, a large refrigerator, a coffee and an espresso machine and plenty of dishes. The apartment has a nice bright bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway offers plenty of space. The neighborhood has many restaurants, cafes and shops.
