This newly and stylishly renovated, fully furnished and equipped flat (30 sqm) on the 2nd floor is located in a very prestigious Art Nouveau building in a popular and exclusive residential area in Munich's Lehel district, directly opposite the Isar river and in the immediate vicinity of the English Garden. The flat is very bright and sunny thanks to the high rooms and large mullioned windows. It has beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled.

Located directly at the Nymphenburg Palace Park, it also allows guests to spend relaxing leisure hours on foot. For shopping, the Pasing Arcades and the city center can be reached quickly by bus, tram or S-Bahn. Even at the Oktoberfest or in the Allianz Arena you are public or by car very fast.
