Piers was very helpful, always on hand & only a message away. The informative given about the local area & lots of eating recommendations were excellent. The driving instructions were very useful, especially following his final directions. Great location for Kingsbridge, Salcombe and surrounding areas.

Have stayed here many times now, it’s like a home away from home! Wonderfully relaxing and peaceful. I was lucky enough to see some Highland cattle babies on the farm this visit. Booking again soon!

Our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. A home away from home! The cottage is lovely, cosy, and clean with plenty of space as a family of 6 and a dog. Giles was really helpful and we loved all the local recommendations and walks. The location is perfect. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great location for exploring the Cotswolds as well as Bath and Bristol. Cute, well equipped space.

A really lovely week, marred only by a couple of days' rain (which of course was nobody's fault!). Taryn was extremely efficient and responsive. Barbara was charming and helpful, and explained so much about the lambing process. The house was roomy - great for a family party of nine. My granddaughter loved visiting the lambs, and even holding a newly-born lamb in her arms. Wonderful rolling hill farmland to walk the dog. Visits to the sea, Exeter and Totnes were great too. Thank you, Barbara and Taryn.

We loved our stay at Sandra's place, it is in a beautiful spot with tonnes of places to visit on your doorstep. Sandra was so friendly and helpful with local recommendations and even some tasty cookies and some eggs from the farm when we arrived. We loved our stay, thank you for having us!

We had a lovely stay at The Woodshed, the house and gardens were amazing. We had a great time playing in the garden and exploring the local area. Mel was there to great and say goodbye and was super responsive to any questions that we had. The children loved the lake and looking at all the fish and ducks. The kitchen is really well equipped! Mel provided us with a high chair and travel cot so we had everything we needed.

Beautiful house and location. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfy and clean. Cottage is well decorated. Perfect weekend break with the girls, would highly recommend.

Great place to stay, with much to see and do in and around. We came to give our grandson a Castle experience, and covered five in two days plus a river trip...We were blessed with fabulous weather and He had a blast! Everything in the accommodation was well thought out and comfortable, with rapid response to any questions. Very happy to recommend. Thank you Charlie.

Glorious barn to stay in, extremely comfortable. Very well equipped and everything needed was available. Beautiful village location within walking distance of Le Manoir. Hostess very communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend The Barn as a place to stay.

Lovely barn!! Had absolutely everything we needed. The hot tub in the evening was amazing too. Huw was so helpful with any questions and was happy to give recommendations on places to go and eat. The barn is a rural area yet conveniently close to Cardigan and Mwnt beach. Can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing place for children, the outdoor space is magical and so much for them to do. Beautiful surroundings and the hosts were lovely. A few things in the house were a bit wonky but overall a great stay.

Paul was very helpful with all the information beforehand and always responded quickly. Laurel cottage is an absolute gem in a wonderful location. It was lovely hearing and seeing the lambs from our bedroom window, the garden is a haven! The welcome basket was a very welcome gift. Many thanks Paul and would highly recommend .

What a beautiful place that can’t quite be captured in photos it is just so peaceful and lovely and private the garden was in beautiful condition and maintained so beautifully we cannot wait to come back!! They were very helpful with any questions as well as allowing a later checkout when we requested it was just perfect and a beautiful place to wake up in for my 30th! Balloons and fresh baked bread on arrival were also lovely and delicious !! Definitely recommend.

I'll start by saying that I felt right at home, everything was impeccable, quiet and private. It was the first vacation like this where I met a super host, he was very friendly and explained everything to us.

The most cosiest , scenic beautiful lodge with the perfect location . Decorated and furnished so carefully and perfectly to fit a slow , relaxed and peaceful staycation . It truly feels like a home a way from Home with the all the necessities you need. Would love to come back l!

Had a short weekend at the flat on this loverly farm. If you want some where to chill and have some peace then this is the place to be. Add the style of the flat inside and out and how helpfull Lucy and her crew are, you the have this perfect place. The correspondence and information on the arrival and departure is first class. There is a nice little pub no more than a five minute drive called The Antelope Inn, very friendly. Thanks again Lucy for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Hollycroft for our wedding at the local Upton Barn. Tracy was so accommodating right from the very beginning and made my husband and his grooms party feel right at home, and recommended them a lovely pub for dinner the night before our wedding. When myself and my daughter arrived the next day, we were blown away by the beauty of the house of gardens at hollycroft - it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our wedding bubble as a family. My little girl especially loved the frog pond and tree house! I thought the thoughtful touches such as the freshly picked flowers in each room, and the delicious cake were such a lovely touch, thank you so much for a stay we will never forget!

The most stunning stay at Ross and Becky’s property, the views and location is second to none and the facilities and comfort of the hut is beyond our expectations. We stayed as a group of four adult women and the space was more than adequate. I can’t wait to return.

I’ve just returned from a stay here with my family, and we had a wonderful time. There were 12 of us including 3 kids aged 7yrs and under, and 2 dogs! So I was glad there was plenty of space. The house is beautiful and set in quiet surroundings. The games kept the kids entertained and they loved the Moors Valley country Park that was only 5 mins drive away. I would definitely recommend. The house is even nicer than in the photos.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Had a lovely stay over the Christmas period with family. Beautiful property, exactly as described in the profile and pics. Very short drive to the coast where there are some great walks. Definitely looking to come back again.
